Meet Isep Kurnia, a visionary who transforms local resources into exceptional foods while staying deeply connected to the forest. His dedication to both the environment and culinary arts is evident in his use of traditional techniques and local ingredients to craft artisanal foods that honor nature’s gifts.
Isep’s background in forest ecosystems and outdoor education led him to establish the smokehouse “Asap Isep” in 2019. His experience in environmental research and traditional food preservation inspired him to develop sustainable processing methods, reflecting his commitment to preserving and enhancing local food traditions.
